The International Arbitration Court at the Legal Interaction Alliance was created at the end of 2006 under a program of the European Union for development of the civil society. The International Arbitration Court aims to provide speed and high quality in solving domestic and international legal cases, according to the New York Convention on the Recognition and Enforcement of Foreign Arbitral Awards, the European Convention on International Commercial Arbitration and the International Commercial Arbitration Act.
The Legal Interaction Alliance (LIA) is a non-profit legal association which is based and developing on the principles of voluntariness and independence to achieve interaction between the subjects of the state authority and the civil society for building a democratic society and a state of law. The International Arbitration Court at the LIA is competent in solving civil and commercial disputes, including disputes arising from interpretations or filling gaps in contracts, as well as their adaptation to new circumstances.
Members of the International Arbitration Court at the LIA include highly qualified arbitrators with significant practical experience who are well familiar with the specifics of the extrajudicial methods for settlement of disputes.
Recommended ARBITRATION CLAUSE
All disputes, arising from this contract or related to it, including those arising from or concerning its interpretation, invalidity, performance or termination, as well as the disputes for filling gaps in this contract or its adaptation to newly established facts, shall be referred for resolution to the International Court of Arbitration at the Legal Interaction Alliance, Sofia, Bulgaria in compliance with its Rules for Litigations, based on arbitration agreements.
